What can I do if a top-up has not been received?
A top-up is usually sent to a phone number within a few seconds and we will send you a confirmation email when it has been successfully processed.
If your top-up hasn’t been received within 5 minutes:
- Sometimes there can be delays on the operator’s side.
- Some operators still use PIN codes instead of a manual top-up - so when your order will complete, you'll get an email or sms with the information of the code to use the top-up. Then you have to follow the instruction to top-up.
- Maybe you paid less than the minimum possible amount specified by the operator.
When paying less than the minimum, you run the risk of not receiving your payment, since the operator may refuse to accept it. The funds will be lost and we will not be able to return your money. To avoid this situation, please be attentive when placing your order and paying for it.
