This Referral Program and any conditions expressly incorporated herein are supplementary to the Terms and Conditions and offer you opportunities of our Referral program when you apply to any access to, or use of, any services made available by Alfa East Ltd. (Belize), a company incorporated under the laws of Belize using the website https://alfa.top ("Website"). In order to join our Referral program, you must register with us at the Website and accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Referral Program allows you to attract customers and earn referral fees if another person uses our services after being referred to the Website from a valid tracking link and reference code. Tracking link or reference code will identify your site as a member of our Referral Program and will establish a link from your website to our Website.

We agree pay a referral fee of 20% (twenty percent) calculated out of our service fees except for any refunds (i.e. if a customer uses our services after being referred to the website from a valid tracking link). All payments are made in cryptocurrency upon a request and according to calculations prepared by us (but such withdrawals shall exceed 50 USD in equivalent). You shall be responsible for any and all income and other taxes applicable to it in connection with its receipt of this referral fee pursuant hereto and as an independent contractor. We won’t be responsible for any expenses incurred in the course of your performance of obligations hereunder unless such expenses have been previously approved in writing.

You may promote our products and services in any manner you choose unless it misleads users. You also acknowledge and agree that your website shall not: (1) contain false, inaccurate or misleading information about our services (2) engage in sending spam or indiscriminate advertising (3) violate data transfer, data privacy, data security laws or any securities laws such as offering or promoting our services in any jurisdiction in which they would be illegal (4) cause any account linkage to be made that are not in good faith (such as using any device, program, robot iframes, or hidden frames, use cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the tracking link, etc.); (5) state or imply that any of the information, content or data contained in your website represents or reflects our views, advice or opinions. You are not eligible for a referral fee for transactions made by you or any related persons (e.g. family members, employees, agents, representatives, or contractors), as well as made from accounts owned effectively by the same person.

You agree that in the course of participation in our Referral Program you will not violate any laws, infringe any copyright or patent of any kind, act in a defamatory or threatening manner, and/or attempt to take any action that may harm our interests directly or indirectly through abuse of our service. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise directly or indirectly in connection with this Referral Program. We will not be responsible for lost sales or lost opportunity to earn referral fee due to any cause (such as technical difficulties or over-capacity including system overload or load shedding) preventing us from registering any account or providing any other services to the users.

This Referral Program and any legal relationship arising out of this document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. You agree to settle all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program in accordance with the laws of Belize.

Our failure to exercise any right arising out of a violation of the Referral Program committed by you shall not operate as a waiver. We reserve the right to resort to any remedy at any time to protect its interests and intellectual rights to the protected elements of the Website.
